If you’re already feeling the stress of the Christmas season far in advance, you’re going to want to see this movie when it hits theaters on November 3. Yes, it’s basically the plot of Daddy’s Home 2, but at least A Bad Moms Christmas doesn’t try to make Mel Gibson look cuddly.
Last year, three women found one another and realized that they didn’t want to live the stereotypical mom lifestyle that they’re expected to take on.
As reported by Screen Rant, the red-band trailer for A Bad Moms Christmas has officially been released by STX Entertainment and all of the stars are back. The comedy starring Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn raked in over $113 million at the domestic box office on a budget of only $20 million. And if creating a more ideal holidays for their families wasn’t hard enough, they have to do all of that while hosting and entertaining their own mothers. And if you think that Bad Moms isn’t your thing, I highly encourage you to give it a rental.
After having a few bevos at the food court while they’re supposed to be Christmas shopping, the mums decide to hell with it, they’re gonna have fun instead of being self-sacrificing this Christmas, only for their own mothers, played by Christine Baranski, Cheryl Hines and Susan Sarandon, to come along and ruin fix everything.
The film also reunites the creative team of Bad Moms, writers/directors Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, producer Suzanne Todd, and executive producers Bill Block and Mark Kamine.
