‘Destiny 2’ Sony E3 2017: Release date set for Sept

Sony has plenty of first-party standouts for its PlayStation 4 console, but one of its biggest games is potentially the multiplayer hit Destiny.

Destiny 2 will arrive on PlayStation 4 September 6, according to a trailer shown during the E3 2017 PlayStation press conference – two days before the previously announced September 8 release date.

But anyway, Destiny 2 promises to be an optimized PC game that will feature unlocked framerates, will support 4K resolutions, will come with a FOV slider, and will be released on the PC on October 24th. That content includes the Lake of Shadows strike, exclusive armor sets, the City Apex ship, a PvP map called Retribution, and, perhaps most disappointingly to those on other platforms, a new exotic sniper rifle called Borealis. The trailer showed off a number of PlayStation exclusives for the game, which left many wondering if PS4 was getting an early release of the game. Get the news you can use.
